Advocacy Newsletter

The German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce started for some years advocacy activities for initiating a constructive dialogue with the authorities in order to improve the economic climate in Romania. 
Each working group meets on a regular basis, sets its own agenda and objectives and takes action according to the latest legislative framework.

AHK Romania has the following active working groups:
➜ Construction law:
Took action by bringing punctual observations (find them
here) to the last draft law project regarding the execution authorizing published on the MDRAPFE site on 15th January 2018, addressed it to Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale, Administraţiei Publice şi Fondurilor Europene (see here) and elaborated a position paper on this draft law project (find it here).
